I first had a phone interview where they asked basic questions. I was then invited for a first interview in the TLV offices, which went well. A few days later they called me and I was invited for a second interview, which didn't go too well.

Applied through recruiter. 1st round - interview with hiring manager and his one up. Was pretty chill, asked about my motivation to be part of Client Support and salary expectations. 2nd round - with managers from two other teams that I would frequently work with if I were to join. Not much competency based questions.
