First I got an email from the HR Director to coordinate the interview, got a phone call with the Managing Director and then a few days later was called to scheduled an onsite. They didn't get back to me until a few days later with the details. Once confirmed I was just given the location but no information on whom I was going to meet. This doesn't help when you're trying to prepare for an interview.
When I got onsite I was brought into a large conference and then relocated to a different office that had some worn down furniture. Not a good look for someone whom you want to work with you. After filling out the paperwork I waited about 30 mins after my interview schedule to start. Seemed like no one had their agenda together. I was then brought into another conference room for the interview. During the onsite interview the Managing Director (whom is the boss of the entire office) was falling asleep during my interview. Honestly with the latest, lack of preparedness by the interviewers and lastly the Managing Partner falling asleep during the interview was the worst experience.
The worst part is after the interview there wasn't a followup until 2 months later letting me that they went with another candidate. Well thank you but no thank you!
