Went through 3 phone interviews and then did a home test. Spent all weekend on the home project and then was completely ghosted after submitting. They definitely used my work without paying. Very little integrity at this place.

This was one of the strangest experiences of my career thus far. I interviewed five times over the course of a month, and was then told I'd receive an offer the following week. The offer did not materialize, and no one communicated with me for three weeks. HR then reached out and told me again, that I'd receive an offer by the end of the week. I reached out several more times and never received a response. A super frustrating experience, especially as I was truly impressed by my conversations with the team.
