First contacted for phone interview where I was able to both answer and ask questions in very friendly atmosphere. Flexible in timing and communicative. Interviewer was willing to answer wide breadth of questions though not always with as much detail as I had hoped, but I felt that was overall fair considering the uncertainties of the position (still needed to discuss position and my potential with rest of team). My timing was unique so interviewer also needed to factor that into decisions and discuss with team. Called to schedule second interview much later.
