The process included an application online on the ICRC recruitment platform. A cv and a cover letter were needed for the application. Afterwards, a written exam was issued for longlisted candidates and an interview for shortlisted candidates.

The entire process occurred over a period of 3-4 weeks. The written test was followed by an offer for an online interview. The interview was 45 minutes long and about seven straight forward questions
