After submitting an application was emailed an exercise to complete in one and a half hours. The exercise was creating a funding proposal and imagining the needs for the programme. The interview followed two weeks after.

Entrevista
The written test was held then successful candidates called for an interview (a week or two after, some cases the following day). The interview usually consists of the hiring manager or someone from the team and the HR person. The interview takes about 40 minutes. quiet warm I would say.

Took about a month to hear back. I was invited to complete a written test about the position and the organization. Finally I was invited to attend an interview and it was relatively easy.

Entrevista
Good interview, excellent recruiter. The interview process was focus in the soft skills and the previous application.
The first stage was a technical test, it was difficult and multidisciplinary.
The second stage was an interview with the deputies in 3 languages.
