The requirement is that you need to pass the written test before getting the interview the following day. The job role was in maiduguri. We were informed that they would not be responsible for transportation and accommodation if we come for the interview. On the test day, the representative checked on the documents they had requested . The test took about three hours and the questions were based on the requirement for the job role. We were told that the interview would not be held the next day because of some emergency by their representative. I had already planned four days forthe trip, as flight to maiduguri was not frequent like other locations. I was later told that they will get back to me if i passed the test or not. I was not in any way compensated for this inconvenience . The worst path was that ICRC did not communicate to me until after 3 months of me calling their HR like very 2weeks stating that i did not pass the test. I mean thought was that i was the only person disturbing them about the result of the test, i had so much love for this organization and I cant believe they will treat their applicant that bad. we wrote the test 6th November 2019 and they never inform me about the test result until January 2020. it was the worst interview experience I ever had to face in my life.

It comprises a moderately difficult level of written test of general and specialized ICT knowledge, and an oral test at a different date, only if your written test passed the expected level of proficiency.
