The questions were technical and based on my resume as per my previous experience. Mostly to assess technical decision-making skills. Ten days later, a live interview was set up. Again, the questions were technical, based on my previous experience and follow-up questions from the first round. After a week, a third round was set up where I was mostly asked behavioral and managerial questions. Shortly after, I was offered the job.
