I took Written Test and Oral Interview process. It take me for may be 3 weeks duration and had alot of experiences and knowledge about ICRC , activities and performances.

I am yet to have the interview. But the 1st process is the to do the language assessment, there after, you have one on one interviews and if you go thru. Then you are put in the pool of qualified professionals
