Technical panel & HR interview both on MS Team. Both interview were conducted by very professional member of the ICRC. Had the chance to ask questions as well. Overall, very postive experience with the whole recruitment process.

before proceeding to the interview you must pass an english and french language test which are not easy and needs preperation beforehand. so practice before conducting the test and you will be fine
