45 mins, panel interview (2 interviewees). 30 questions + 10 minutes presentation of the role + 5 mins where I could ask my questions. competency and skills questions, questions on experience, difficulties at work, knowledge of the security context in Africa.

First there was a written assignment sent by email, to draft a blurb summarising a Crisis Group article and to draft a social media post. The next stage was interview which was friendly, they were also upfront about the pay (none except an allowance for travel to office/food)

very simple and easy going timely and constructive feedback. Was well-structured, transparent, and thorough, ensuring both the candidate and the organization can make informed decisions .created a comfortable environment, and provided opportunities for candidates to showcase their qualifications
