I applied for a vacancy advertised on their website and was contacted by a recruiter. We did an initial phone screening, and I was invited for an in-person interview at their Arlington office off of N. Glebe Road. I live out of the area, and they were unable to accommodate a Skype interview/video call. Their office was nice, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and seemed down to earth. Before my interview, the recruiter briefed me on what to discuss. I then interviewed with a senior manager, and a second individual phoned in, who was based outside of the DC area. Interview was conversational, and afterward the recruiter debriefed me. Received a generic "we're moving ahead with other candidates" e-mail about a week and a half later.
