Entrevista
First was an "interview" by the recruiter but this was more of a conversation than a interview. Asked me simple questions such as what I was interested in and if I would like to Navistar etc. I did not really have a phone interview and instead proceeded to go to a face to face group interview with 3 managers. They were very nice and only asked basic behavioral questions.

Entrevista
I was sent a text asking if I wanted to receive a call back about setting up an interview. The person asked if I would need sponsorship now or in the future and salary expectations over the phone. Received an e-mail a few weeks later to set up an interview. Sent the times that would work. No reply from the recruiter. The day of the interview that was supposed to be schedule passed. E-mailed for a follow up and said they were still conducting interviews. Asked a week later and said they are still conducting interviews so I gave up.

Entrevista
Very simple get to know you questions and lot of in depth questions about expierences on resumes. Overall, kind people not threatning or mean, and were good to talk to and have discussion.
