I was initially interviewed by the director of operations via phone; he then scheduled me for a in person interview. A few days later, I interviewed with the materials manager and purchasing manager. Atmosphere was very casual and laid back. Director of operations phoned me within a week of interview and offered position. Before beginning of employment, had to pass drug screen and consent to background check and credit check.
