2 phone calls through subcontracting recruiters - asked basic questions on describing defintions of equities and funds - easy questions. First call 5 minutes, 2nd call 20 minutes or less. Final interview face to face was about 35-40 minutes with a 10 minute exam (which does not give any weighing decision on employment)
