One of the worst, most humiliating hiring processes I have ever dealt with.
Applied more than a month ago, did an initial interview with the talent manager and another with the hiring manager. Sent over additional communications and resources requested by the hiring manager, only to be ghosted for more than a month.
Sent follow-ups to the hiring manager and then the talent manager and received no feedback. Sent a second follow-up to the hiring manager, politely requesting definitive feedback to know if I was still in the pipeline, only to receive a dismissive templated email 15 minutes later to let me know they had gone with another candidate.
Months of no communication and ghosting, only to receive a generic email in 15 mins at their own convenience. Very unprofessional and indicative of the company culture as a whole.

The interview process felt disorganized and low-communication. The initial interview started late and had to be postponed, and after being told they needed to fill the role quickly, I went two weeks without any update until the rejection showed up in the portal.

1st interview was a call with HR and then the 2nd interview was a video call with the hiring manager
The hiring manager and I got along pretty well and I thought that I had a decent chance of getting a offer. It turns out that I was going to get ghosted instead. :)
Pretty disappointing that this company is amongst hundreds of other companies that leave candidates high and dry.
