A lady called me in the morning to arrange an interview in the afternoon. It seemed they need someone urgently. Then they postponed the interview for 45 minutes. They kept me waiting for another hour after I got there. The owner told me the Accounts Payable lady leaving soon for maternity leave. But it isn't an one Year maternity leave replacement. They need one more person in the department. On their posting of the job opening, it didn't mention it is maternity leave replacement. On the first day, the Accounts Payable woman told me they tried thee people before me and they told it is temporary job. They left for reasons unknown. The Accounts Payable woman is insecure about her position one year later too. The HR woman confirmed it is an one year replacement. I was confused, was anyone lying?!
