Ce format est très stressant et rend difficile la démonstration de nos compétences et de notre véritable valeur, car il ne permet pas de montrer pleinement nos capacités ni de développer nos idées, ce qui est frustrant. Mais ce sont les nouvelles méthodes de recrutement, donc il faut s’y adapter.

It was a very long process, it took almost 6 months from application to the final interview. Unfortunately the role was cancelled due to "team restructuring" after the final interviews.
