Applied on-line and the on-site interview email were reached next day. No phone call interview. On-site interview started with introducing the company and the position. Interview questions were quite position related and straightforward, and no behavioral questions were asked. It's a new position as the company is growing rapidly. The person who interviewed me was very nice.

Very informal, the President and the Engineer I would work under. Straight forward questions, not a lot of beating around the bush. Pay and required hours discussed up front. Tour of the facility was also included. There was an Inventor proficiency test which was a breeze, just basic knowledge. They were impressed that in over a year I hadn't touched Inventor but was still able to complete the test faster than most applicants.
