Entrevista
The interview process was simply a scripted sales job to get prospects to schedule a training program at headquarters. "Interviewers" are paid commission based on how many prospects they get to commit to training at HQ. They will take anyone. The prospect agrees to pay their own way to Buffalo Grove.

Entrevista
Received an email for a phone screen which went well. Invited for training in Chicago, ILL
Easy phone interview, few questions. Recruiter talked about the company and position.
Spoke with a manager later in the week. I was flown and limo to nice hotel.
Training lasted a week. Position was not offered but another presented.
I flew back and a week later flown back for another week of training for this new role Area Sales Manager. However, I still felt uncomfortable and flew back home at my expense.
IPA refused to pay my return flight.

Entrevista
Received a phone call from a recruiter who asked a few simple questions.
Received emails from another recruiter and later set up an on site interview.
Flew to Buffalo Grove, IL for a couple of days of intense orientation and training.
All day interviews with panels and also 1-1. The training consisted of memorizing lines to present to prospective customers. The hotel, food and limo were nice perks however.
