I had a phone interview at IRC in Nairobi. I was interviewed by a panel of 4 people and the interview lasted roughly one hour. It was an easy interview and I left it feeling good about it. However, I heard nothing from IRC for weeks. I sent a follow up email and they told me to be patient and keep waiting. They made me feel I was being considered for the job. But after 4 weeks they sent me a rejection letter saying that the position had already been filled.
