Normal interview with standard questions. The RSC asked me how I dealt with stress, asked about my work experience, and gave me several scenario questions to answer. Also asked about my experience with refugees and interpreter use.

The interview process was very straight forward. I met with an HR person for a screening interview and then was asked to do a second interview with employees at the IRC.

applied online, did an interview with HR, then 2 more interviews with different managers. it was a long tedious process. you need FIVE references. the questions are behavioral questions. watch youtube videos on common interview questions and it will help you a lot. they ask if you have ever served that population you are applying for.

Had one HR interview and one manger interview
