Kafkaesque, Hugely inconvenient, Waste.of.time. Their expectations of an applicant were onerous, including asking the final three (not two, not one, but three people) to submit references via a cumbersome website. Really not terribly impressed with the recruiter who started the phone interview using prompts for a different role (She apologized and had to reschedule to the next day. Then we did the phone interview again later and she acted as if I hadn't heard some of the canned questions the day before. Bizarre.) The staff I interviewed with in-person (two meetings back to back) were all professional and really seemed passionate and genuinely good at their jobs. Internal HR Recruiter not so much.

Very friendly team all around, warm and responsive recruiter. First interview with the recruiter, 2nd with the hiring manager, 3rd with other members of the team. They all felt very conversational and the questions made sense in relation to the position. Nothing too difficult. The whole process took a month and a half.
