Great, easy, swift process. If you have basic knowledge and the heart to help people, this is the place for you. Although there is a lack of communication between city offices and the international office, it's great work.

There was an initial phone interview to get more information. This was very informal. Next, if they liked you there was an in-person interview in the office. This was the final stage of the interview process.
