I was contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team. Once I decided that I was interested in this job I had 3 separate interviews with various members of the medical team. All were arranged efficiently and took place via zoom.

2 stage process. Various competency based questions and then had to write notes and a report up based on a scenario I was given. The process was all completed face to face.

Entrevista
Two to three rounds of interview, with two or more assessors. Friendly, but can be intimidating depending on you. Held over a week or so apart, and did not take long for hirers to get back on whether they are keen.

They will want to know your work attitude and if you are able to be blend well as a teamplayer.
Clinical accumen is also a huge factor for success and its integral to the position. Ability to be able to cope with stressful situation and handle difficult client will be questioned.
