Interview was excessively long with 3 video interviews of 45 minutes as well as a skills test and an additional meeting with two category managers. Payscale wasn't indicated however, they insisted that they only wanted to pay an hourly rate with no additional loadings, annual leave, benefits. I found the interview to be very one sided. There was a lot of repetition between interviews. If you are unsuccessful you will get no feedback or exit interview.
