Phone Interview then In-Person with various managers and Director of Operations. Had casual conversation over phone and answered Customer Services scenarios. Then we did some play acting in my final interview.

Sent in my resume and a few days later received a phone call telling me they wanted an interview. Showed up to the interview, they took me upstairs to an empty room and had me wait until two managers made their way inside. Both managers asked basic interview questions mostly behavioral. In the middle of the interview the Director of Operations came in and introduced himself gave me his card and left. A couple days after the interview they wanted to schedule a second one. Once in the second interview I realized that it was only for the third managers benefit and was not necessary. I was called back with a day to show up for orientation.
