the interview process was quite an easy screening and anyone who has interest beyond the superficial has a good shot of being accepted into their program, especially given that volunteers have to pay out of pocket to pay for it. After the volunteer program was over, the person coordinating transitions was rude and blunt at best. Although it was a sour experience, overall, the experience at IVHQ in China was a fulfilling experience and i grew my network along the way
