Very slow interview process. interviewers not prepared. They asked very random questions. I completed all the rounds until the CPO interview. It took CPO to analyse that I dint spend enough time in my companies to make an impact. If its my tenure in each company that they were looking for it was easily available in my resume. Interview is a hoax in this organisation. Waste of my time and energy

1. A recruiter reached out for a phone screen (30 min.) 2. Phone interview with Sr. Director of Product (30 min.) 3. Second phone interview with Sr. Director of Product (30 min.) 4. Case study assignment (spent 1 hour doing and sent back to IB) 5. Scheduled 1-hour interview with Chief Product Officer 6. A day before a scheduled meeting with CPO, recruiter calls to go over some pre-call logistics and things to look out for. Everything looking good. 7. 1 hour before the scheduled meeting, get a call from the recruiter that there was a time conflict. OK, that's weird, but let's reschedule. 8. Do not hear back from the recruiter for a day, sent an email to follow up on the rescheduling. 9. Two days later, the recruiter calls to say they've made changes to the job description and role and will not continue with me. Huh? Talk about a waste of time. A lot of people are saying IB use interviewers to do their "case study" to help them gain ideas and insights about their own products.
