The interview started with a typing test. Secondly, a written test was given. This was to judge our ability to handle a situation and communicate via email. After those tests, 3 interviews were given. The first with a supervisor, the second with a manager, and the third with the department manager. They gave me an offer that day, contingent upon background check.
