My overall interview experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I completed an initial interview and then waited nearly two months before being invited to a second round. After the second interview, I was informed within a week that I would be moving to a third round, which I appreciated and felt positive about. However, after completing the process, I followed up two weeks later and was informed that the position had already been filled. I was also told that they could not provide any specific feedback on my interviews. At the same time, I noticed that the same role was still being advertised, which was confusing and discouraging. The prolonged timeline, lack of clear communication, and inconsistency in the hiring status made the experience frustrating. While I was genuinely interested in the opportunity and felt confident about my interviews, the overall process did not reflect a well-organized or respectful candidate experience.
