In addition to HR, the company manager, website editor and head of the analytics department took part in the final interview. The job title "Analyst" did not match the actual job. In fact, the company was looking for a journalist who can write texts for an information site. Also work included reportages, journalist trips and video production. The most analytical part of the work was the compilation of news digests about Ukrainian politics for a European audience. At the same time, they could not answer the request to explain what part of the work is made up of each of these tasks (in percentage, working hours or number of different materials). During the interview, it was announced several times that the company would definitely give an answer a little later, because "it is important" for the company to always answer after the interviews, but eventually no answer, result or feedback was received.
