Very relaxed with friendly interviewers who explained everything about the role incredibly well. Mostly wanted to get to about me to see if I'd be a good fit for the team. They spent extra time at the end answering my questions which was really helpful.

1 online interview, 1 in-person interview. Both very similar. First half about soft skills, 'describe a time when you ... etc' concerning teamwork, leadership, overcoming difficulties. Second half asking more technical questions to see how much you know about the financial sector and the economy in general. No maths or case study questions or anything like that, but be prepared to talk about different sectors and give your opinion on economic affairs.
