I had a screening with the HR Manager and then a teams call with the Plant Manager. At the end of the interview, they said I was qualified for the job and they would move forward with the next steps. And then for a week there were crickets. Send a follow up email week after and then next week a rejection email came through. I was utterly confused, the Plant Manager wanted to move forward but something changed?
