Process was insanely difficult, and the communication was horrible! This company pays peanuts for executive level positions and asks for multiple interviews, personality assessments, and unpaid work projects. I spent 3 days completely a PPT only to hear nothing back for a week. The Director had children in the interview and asked for understanding yet couldn't respond to an email asking for an update. I fully believe they stole my work and pretended to move forward with someone else. Do not complete any projects for them without a guarantee they won't use your work without your approval.
