Technical/Case/Skills Assessment (optional)
Could involve SQL exercises, business case analysis, Excel modeling, or a take-home assignment.
For analyst roles, this often tests your ability to analyze data, draw insights, or use tools like Power BI or Tableau.

I got ghosted after the in office interview. They did not even have the decency to answer any of my calls or emails. No hiring company should ever do this. Ghosting is rude! Disappearing without any kind of response is simply unprofessional and disrespectful.
Respect is free and everyone deserves it. In the end, I am glad I never got the job offer perhaps it was a blessing in disguise.

I interviewed with IWS in September and never heard back. No follow-up or replies to emails. Completely ghosted. Very unprofessional experience overall. Thank god I did not get the offer.
