Horrible experience, as I was first accused of cheating in the test via using my mobile phone, Then when they didn't have any proof of it, they told me I was using my phone a lot while a manager was giving a presentation, also not true. Then the same manager asked me to pick my belongings in front of other participants and escorted me out of the interview room and to the main entrance and told me to leave,, just BEFORE LUNCH so I couldn't have lunch with them nor have an interview. They treated me like I am a high school child or something. I found this attitude very immature and insulting. I did email the HR department about this later on, but obviously no reply. I assume the management controls everything and HR has no say. Coming from a professional Scientific background where I have worked with Universities on Research Science and Pharmaceutical Companies, I have never encountered such immature, insulting behavior from childish managers who think they can treat people as such and from observing reviews from former employees I am not wrong in saying what I have said above. I guess they look at pretty faces that sell as they are client based company and management is immature. Another point I want to make is they tell you to do a test based on Biology or Chemistry. The test can consist of any questions (inorganic/organic chemistry - protein biology/Lab techniques). First of all why do a test without any source to refer to, no books to study or material to study from, (your not told before the interview what the specific topics would even be) its like your just put into a room and you have no clue whats going to be on the test and you have to answer random questions on Bio or Chem. Biology and Chemistry are NOT a small subject and I know for sure the current employees at this company mostly would fail at the test too if they had taken it. I do not think this is a very reasonable way of testing people. Besides that, what the day consisted of... -A group of us where shown a presentation of the company -Given an alphanumerical test to do (lasts 30 mins) - not too difficult -Given a Biology or Chemistry test to do, depending on what you specialize in (30 mins) - not too difficult. -Shown around the laboratories -Lunch then personal interviews

I applied online, the process took 1 week, Interview was done via phone. Ask about some experience and related study background. No specific question was asked. The interview considered easy and fast
