Entrevista
Quick and very simple. Applied online through their website and was called in for an interview.
Two part interview. First with management, then a laboratory tour. You may or may not observe other laboratory personnel in the lab while you are on tour. Will be shown the the different areas of the lab. Interview time length was about 1 hour total. Called in for second interview with the entire lead management team afterwards for a quick followup.

I had several stages of interview process. Initially phone interview with the recruiter followed by phone interview with Lab Manager. Finally I had a face-to-face interview with lab Lab Quality and R&D Managers.

Basic questions about my educational and working background. Some questions about things I enjoy doing, my strenghts/weeknesses.
Questions are mainly about background, educational, technical knowledge and how to deal with situation and deadline. Overall it was a good and smooth process, it was about an hour last. However, it took a while to get the result.
It was somewhat smooth I guess you could say that yes I wasn't nervous at all and the selection committee was very friendly as far as I can remember. everything went well and I got the offer yay
