Got to talk with the executive sponsor on the Skype, and the company director, as well as another executive team member. The interview was really easy, as I had tons of experience and was able to demonstrate that just chatting about stuff. I was taken straight away by the company and struck with how honest and open the people I was talking to were. They were clearly very smart, very passionate people and I had great admiration for them, even within that first skype interview.
