I was interviewed for a technical recruiter position at Intland. The HR personnel, who's in charge of the HR team was professional, outgoing and friendly. All 3 rounds were interesting, and they've felt like friendly conversations, not formal interviews...which was a plus! She told me tons of information about the company, my future job, the culture...etc. You can ask as many questions as you want. ( this is also a plus) Seriously, I had like 20 questions at the end, and all of them got answered. The hiring process was fast and at the end, they gave me what they've promised. Even more! A brand new MacBook, Iphone, Magicmouse, 4 days home office... So they've completely carried me off my feet. This was in May..... I'm working here since then. What could I say... one of the best companies (if not the best ) I have ever worked for.
