I recently attended an interview at IntouchCX for a Technical Support role. The overall process was detailed, but I felt the scheduling and coordination could be improved. I was called to their office for three consecutive days, which was exhausting and time-consuming. While I understand that companies want to hire the right candidates carefully, the process felt unnecessarily long. On each day, there was a lot of waiting involved with very little communication on what the next steps would be or when they would happen.

It's a face to face interview containing 4 rounds-self intro, grammar test, typing test, hr interview. All of them are face to face but I got hr interview through zoom call
