Thanks so much for your feedback – we can appreciate that not receiving an offer when you are excited and making plans for a new opportunity can be disruptive.
After discussing your review of our process with the interview team, I understand that you did have a call with the Hiring Manager, who explained our concerns about your candidacy and why you would not be receiving an offer. During that discussion, it was our impression that you did not seek to understand the feedback. Our Core Values (Servant’s Heart, Craftsman’s Attitude and Revolutionary Spirit) require a desire to give and receive feedback, to be open to learning, and to be in service to each other.
