Entrevista
first phone call with HR followed with general manager in France then a detailed exchange with a manager based in London screening knowledge base of the sector and about their products and services.
Next phase was a meeting with three managers and two sales executives in french and english followed by a role play.
Discussions were quite formal and closed-minded with little attention

Could you explain how you could override some hurdles when promoting our softwares and solutions?
There are 3 interviews. One is with the hiring manager. It is a pre screening call before you interview with a member of the team and/or the manager. Last interview is with the decision maker so a VP or director. The interview consists of behavorial questions as well as a mock sales call.

I had a terrible experience liaising with the company HR. He was unprofessional and rude throughout the process. Initially, he did not indicate that the interview would be face-to-face, mentioning only a team link in the email. When I asked for a rearrangement, he completely ghosted me. I ended up wasting my time and taking leave for the interview, only to be treated disrespectfully.

The interview process for SS&C Intralinks consisted of three rounds. The final round required a research project on forecasted market trends. It was a very slow process and took a few months.
