Went through phone screen and in person interview. Process took longer than 2 months and scheduling takes a couple of weeks. Got a lab tour and meet with a few of the team members.

The overall process took about 2-3 weeks. Received email to schedule phone screen. The phone screen was easy. The overall interview was ok. Got a lab tour after Interview and the lab was nice.

phone interview with hiring manager, then onsite with manager and series of panels of 2-3 people in the company. the questions were about why I am interested in this position and what is my background that relates to the work in the JD.
