Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Intrinsic Reaction (Yonkers, NY) em jul. de 2017
Entrevista
I applied online and received an invitation for an in-person interview the next day. The first interview was pretty much a meet-and-greet, with some paperwork to fill out.
I was invited for a second interview, which would have me shadowing a current employee for the day. However, instead of the marketing job I believed I had applied for, I spent the day watching the current employee attempt to have people sign up for subsidized phones in a hospital entrance lobby.
When we went back to the office after the day had ended, I was offered the job on the spot, which caught me off guard. However, when I requested to take a day or two to consider, I was told that the offer might not be there tomorrow, and it was pretty much now or never. They told me they would call me the next day if they still wanted me for the position, but I never received that call, nor did I expect it.

Entrevista
I received an email asking to schedule an interview, as my resume had been reviewed and they were very interested in me, but they wanted me to come in the next day. There was no way I could make the interview. I responded and they replied promptly - and scheduled me the next week. I arrived to a building with no parking and once buzzed in, went into a very sketchy hallway to arrive at an office furnished by Walmart, with no receptionist. Music was blasting from behind a closed door, and the grey paint on the walls was not thrown up very well. I arrived early, sat down and listened to another interview happening in the only other room - closed door - large glass window. When I was called in it was clear that the person interviewing me - the only person I saw the entire time in the entire place hadn't looked at my resume at all. She described the job - working with Sprint (only named client) signing people up by venturing to hospitals, ect in low income areas to sign them up for phone plans. Not my type of marketing or a decent application of my skills. The interview ended and honestly even if they offered I wouldn't take the offer. It did not leave a good taste in my mouth, and wasted a day.
