Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Intuit (Mountain View, CA) em jan. de 2017
Entrevista
I fast tracked from a phone interview to an in person interview with an employee referral. The in person interview was with 4 people, some calling in via video and the first 15 minutes they couldn’t get the technology to work.
Between interviews, we stopped for a break and they were 15+ minutes late getting me from the lobby. I had the receptionist call up because I think they forgot about me.
The interview felt as though they were trying to make me fail. I understand the need to drill down but it was overkill.
They left no time for my questions. I had quite a few.
The recruiter called me a few days later and I let her know that I would not be moving forward.
Also there was an “air” of ego and better than thou energy. I felt they were so high from all their accolades that they were not even open to what I had to bring. They were trying to make me fail.
Thank you so much for taking the time to interview with us and for providing us with feedback. We are sorry that your interview experience with Intuit was a negative one. Please email us at candidate_care@intuit.com if you'd like to provide any additional feedback. We wish you the best of luck.

It was an initial call with a recruiter. I was not prepared for the interview, so probably that’s why I didn’t pass. The thing that I liked about the process was the recruiter follwed up pretty quickly personally.

Contacted by HR of the company for an Executive Assistant position. HR went MIA after initial interview where the conversation ended with scheduling a second round of interview. After multiple follows was informed they are looking at internal or referral candidates. Highly unprofessional.

I had a short call with a recruiter who then passed me along to the hiring manager.
The hiring manager asked me pretty much all the questions you shouldn’t be asking a candidate such as race, age, salary all sorts of inappropriate questions.
My call with the hiring manager lasted over 1 hour and 45 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes of her asking inappropriate questions, gossiping about her coworkers, and telling me about all the other candidates I am up against and how much they asked for and what experience they have and what their names were.
I have never had such a horrible experience, I stayed on the call because it was a referral and I didn’t want to make my friend look bad but wow.
Never even got a follow up or rejection, the least you could do after wasting almost 2 hours of my life.
