Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Intuit (San Diego, CA) em dez. de 2017
Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted by an internal recruiter a week later to conduct an initial phone screen. The phone screen was approximately 45 minutes and at the end I was scheduled to speak with the hiring authority for a second phone interview. All went well and a few days later I was invited to fly to their San Diego office for an in-person interview. At this point I was instructed that I would need to prepare a PPT presentation for a CRAFT interview and Q&A. Understanding this would take several days/hours to prepare for a “maybe” job, I decided to decline moving forward. With currently having a full-time demanding job and personal life, this was not something I could fit into my schedule. Ridiculous requirements for an interview where you’re not getting compensated!

You need to prepare a 1-hour CRAFT PowerPoint type presentation for your interview. Seriously?
Very long but informative. The team members were engaged and intelligent. 4 rounds of interviews. Individual, panel and manager. The questions were tougher than other places. But not unanswerable for some one in a relevant role.

Tell me about a time when a project had deadline challenges
1 talent screening
4 person panel interview
2 follow up interviews
Considerable effort to prepare craft demonstration, if you're interviewing manage your time accordingly and do company research. Panel was well prepared.

Entrevista
I applied online and spoke to a recruiter about a month or so later. The recruiter asked me basic questions about my background and experience. She said she would pass my information along and would get in touch with me regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, my follow-up inquires went unanswered, so I am assuming they decided to go in another direction. While I understand there are a myriad of items that can impact a candidate being selected, it does not reflect well upon a company when recruiters ignore follow-up inquiries from people they have spoken with. No one wants to be left hanging. I was more disappointed by the lack of response than being rejected. I expected better from Intuit.
