The first few rounds were phone interviews and were average/typical. The in-person round requires you to do a presentation in a format your recruiter outlines for you. In my case it was to be 45 minutes long and cover 1) about you which the recruiter said was not about professional background that they already know from your resume but focus on family and vacations, which I thought was odd 2) highlight three accomplishments 3) a 60 day plan. Spent hours and hours over a weekend on the presentation for the group panel of about 5 people who I then also had to individually meet with after the presentation. The onsite interview was about a half day. It was a different interview experience.
