I had 3 interviews, 1:1 style with 3 different managers. They all seemed to ask me similar questions, but in different words. Recruiter contacted me throughout the process.

The way the questions were framed was the most unexpected. They are looking for answers to be given in the context of what you did or how you handled a specific situation, not just in general context.

Initial phone interview, followed by next stage which is a half day session broken up into smaller interviews, with multiple stakeholders. Includes a presentation part (about yourself, your achievements and then a case study to demonstrate your craft). Quite a good interview process, and a positive experience (outcome given quite quickly after the interview).

First I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then it was followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. These were exploratory interviews and I don't think there was an actual open position.
