Worst interview process, ZERO professionalism no etiquette. After 1st round of code assessment scored 90% marks, these guys had me waiting for 3 months. After 3 months I applied again and this time they got back to me, one HR said maybe some issue with consultant and one HR sad cut off might have been 96% or 100%. Shame on these unprofessional people for wasting time. I asked the HR to wrap up interview as I may expect offer and immediate joining with another company. This unprofessional HR said join that firm, when I told I didnt get my preferred language to work on and ctc is not that great, this rowdy HR said I have a meeting and hung up. WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS. THEY DO NOT VALUE CANDIDATE'S TIME. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM!!

I applied through referral, the first round was a screening call where I was given a coding question, and then I also had an AI round where a basic prompt was given and I was asked to improve it.
